Martial Novalis is a business management specialist, certified coach, project manager, and author. He left Cameroon in 2001 for Europe, specially Germany, where he began his professional life with nothing but a high school degree. He delved into gastronomy before becoming manager of a large casino in Germany called “fun sports/XL.” With a strong desire to go further, he decided to continue his studies. However, he encountered family difficulties after the birth of his third child, causing him to interrupt his studies and work in production at Mercedes for two years. He pursued further studies with a professional machine production manager program and was recruited by a multinational company in Stuttgart. He continued his studies and obtained a master’s degree in technical business management. After graduation, Novalis immigrated to Luxembourg, where he now has a management position in project sales at a multinational automotive company.

As the head of a family and father of five children, he was always consulted by those around him for advice on every level, and they were always satisfied. But it wasn’t until 2013, with the death of his mentor, when he was completely devastated and looking for answers to his many questions, that he really discovered his talent and passion for coaching and decided to train in this field at SGD University in DARMSDART and became a certified Personal Development Coach, Business Coach and Spiritual Coach.
